Plagued by chronic unease, anxiety, run-away thoughts, negativity, self-loathing, unhappiness, health issues, or addictions? If you gain confidence in recognizing your truth, then you know who and what to listen to for wise guidance. Confidence in navigating your life results in inner peace. How to gain this confidence?

Become aware of your mental and physical feelings after you allow something into your body, after you interact with a person in your life, after you take action resulting in negative consequences, after you follow someone elses’s advice ... How do you feel? If it isn’t good, ask yourself why you did it. Go deep into your psyche to find the answer. Peel back the layers to unearth the root cause. Journaling this inquiry process helps to excavate your Truth.

Common triggers for actions and thoughts that make you feel bad:

1. Fear of not making it on your own.

2. Fear of being alone [with yourself].

3. Using dysfunctional means to feel loved.

4. Using distractions to avoid facing past pain.

It takes courage to face yourself at this deep level of self-understanding. But if you can try for even a few minutes, you are already on a more peaceful track. You are finding your truth.

Namaste
