Keep a hand-written notecard in your pocket with these 4 statements. That puts your intent into the world. Then, anytime a memory arises where you feel ashamed or guilty or remorseful because your actions were not from LOVE 💗 … say these four statements in your head as you address the person by name and visualize them. Then imagine releasing the memory - watch it float away from you.
